Update

Not so great the last few days. Didn’t do anything mon and tues when I was supposed to be gymming and swimming..naughty. A bit pissed off with myself but went to the gym today and felt amazing after!

Seriously I forget every time how good exercise makes me feel.. I crave healthier foods, sleep better at night and function better in the day, plus I feel stronger and more clear-headed. I can’t understand how its so hard to break out of these funks I get into, all I need to do is get a sweat on and I know it will help but whyyy am I so lazy!!? I’m sure I’m not alone with this, just have to keep pushing on and leaving the bad days behind. Back to the gym tomorrow because I’m really starting to like the place! :)
